Purchase Ledger Assistant - Coventry, Salary: £26,256 per annum plus excellent benefits Job Type: fulltime Langley has a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised and analytical focussed Purchase Ledger Assistant with good communication and interpersonal skills to join our finance team in Coventry . This role is a permanent full-time position, working 37 hours per week, and offers hybrid working. The successful candidate will receive a salary of £26,256 per annum. The role involves the following: Input of invoices, expenses claims and credit notes into the Purchase Ledger. Maintenance of purchase order processing in line with budgets and delegated authority. Check invoices and expenses claims have a correct and goods receipted purchase order and are correctly authorised and in line with budgets and delegated authority. Resolving purchase order queries. Prepare BACS and cheque payment runs for authorisation and processing. Reconciliation of the General Ledger purchase ledger control account. Filing of purchase ledger invoices. Input and checking of new suppliers. Candidates will ideally have the following experience: AAT intermediate or equivalent. Demonstratable experience of the full purchase ledger process.
