Real estate disputes can be highly complex, fast-moving, and incredibly stressful. The real estate litigation team has extensive experience in dealing with complex real estate disputes involving both commercial and residential property. They handle complex, valuable and high-profile property disputes including: Commercial and residential landlord and tenant disputes Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 renewals and claims arising Property possession claims (commercial including forfeiture actions, residential and against trespassers/persons unknown) Enforcement of restrictive covenants Boundary and rights of way disputes Break notices Dilapidations claims Neighbour disputes Property insolvency Freehold and leasehold enfranchisement Professional negligence claims Breach of contract claims Construction disputes Essential Experience: Excellent academics Admitted as a solicitor in England&Wales Strong background in Property Litigation Be of at least 1 years PQE I am seeking a committed and enthusiastic candidate who enjoys this area of law and wishes to be a top-performing litigator.
