Job Title: Project Coordinator Location: London Contract: Full-time 2 year FTC Salary: £30,000 - £32,000pa Are you looking to push your career forward? You will have a chance to be a key player in this initiative, driving projects that reshape the housing and display of a world-class historical design collection, the implementation of organisation wide IT infrastructure, and facilitate fundraising activities and opportunities for growth. What will you be responsible for? Administrative Support: Seamlessly manage scheduling, travel, and document preparation. Project Coordination: Align activities across workstreams to hit programme objectives. Documentation Management: Keep SharePoint and digital filing systems in top shape. Staff Moves: Coordinate relocations and departmental activities. Financial Tracking: Keep a keen eye on budgets, expenses, and invoices. Communication: Be the go-to contact for all workstream queries. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks. Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on progress, risks, and issues. Process Improvement: Drive efficiency with quality process enhancements. Additional Duties: Jump into other tasks to support programme goals. What skills and experience will you need to thrive in this role? Experience: Proven track record in business administration and project coordination. Organisational Skills: Master multitasker with impeccable detail orientation. Communication: Outstanding interpersonal skills. Technical Proficiency: Expert in Microsoft Office and project management software. Independence: Self-starter who excels under pressure. Financial Knowledge: Familiar with budgeting principles. Relocation Experience: Advantageous but not essential. Project Management: Understanding of methodologies like PRINCE2.
