Our client are an established main contractor who work on High Rise Residential /Student accommodation and commercial projects across the North West. They are looking for an experienced Senior Site Manager/ Project Manager to join their team overseeing projects in the North West, first one being in the City Centre. Track record of delivering successful projects. Solid experience working on projects during the preconstruction stage. An inspiring leader. Happy to travel across the North West. Health&Safety driven. Experience using ASTA planning software. Duties include: Overseeing part of a projects with values going up to £140 million. Leading projects through the preconstruction stage, taking them through to delivery and handover. Managing client relationships. Ensuring projects are being ran to a high quality, on time, within budget and processes are being followed. Working closely with the health&safety department to ensure best practice is being achieved.
