They are looking for an experienced Senior Site Manager/ Project Manager to join their team overseeing projects in the North West, first one being in the City Centre. Health&Safety driven. Experience using ASTA planning software. Duties include: Overseeing part of a projects with values going up to £140 million. Leading projects through the preconstruction stage, taking them through to delivery and handover. Managing client relationships. Ensuring projects are being ran to a high quality, on time, within budget and processes are being followed. Working closely with the health&safety department to ensure best practice is being achieved.
