Project Manager - Technical Office Salary: £55-65k Job Overview: An Automation client of SQ Partners who are based in Essex is seeking a Project Manager to join their dynamic Technical Office. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, commercial understanding, and strong project management skills. The ideal candidate will be adept at working collaboratively with a diverse team of specialists and managing projects through their entire lifecycle, from initiation to completion. Experience&Knowledge: Project Management Expertise: Proven track record of managing projects in a technical environment, ideally with extended project life cycles (2 years). Technical Background: A solid appreciation for project engineering, understanding the technical challenges, and requirements of various project types. Pharmaceutical Industry Experience (Preferred): Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and validation principles is highly advantageous. Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Project Management: Oversee projects of varying sizes, from large production lines to smaller units, ensuring that all phases align with project goals. Quality, Cost, and Delivery Management: Strive to meet project objectives by adhering to quality standards, managing costs, and ensuring timely delivery. Risk&Issue Management: Identify and manage risks and issues to ensure successful project completion. Scope and Commercial Management: Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the project scope and manage the commercial impact of any changes. Cross-Functional Coordination: Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and accurate information transfer. Customer and Supplier Communication: Interface with clients and suppliers on technical matters, addressing inquiries and resolving issues. Other Information: Travel Requirements: Some travel will be necessary to support our global customer base.
