Responsibilities: Lead and deliver high-impact, cross-functional projects across multiple business areas. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones to ensure objectives are met. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align project goals and outcomes. Proactively identify risks and implement effective mitigation strategies. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. Drive innovation by identifying opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies. Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring transparency and regular updates. Support the alignment of projects with the company’s sustainability and social impact goals. Requirements: Proven experience in the Insurance industry, managing complex projects, preferably in fast-paced or purpose-driven environments. Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. A proactive problem-solver with excellent attention to detail. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to influence and engage diverse stakeholders. A values-driven mindset that aligns with sustainability, community focus, and ethical business practices. Experience in working with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall). A passion for innovation, with a track record of identifying and implementing improvements. An understanding of or interest in cycling, outdoor activities, or sustainability is a plus.
