Be the Communication Bridge : Collaborate across departments—Sales, Engineering, Operations, and R&D—to align on goals and keep the customer informed at every step. Define&Deliver : Create SOWs, Gantt charts, and project plans that set the course for success, handling both SW/HW deliverables. Coordinate&Oversee : Manage third-party contractors, installations, and testing while tracking project KPIs to guarantee satisfaction. Problem-Solve&Support : Address challenges, create mitigation plans, and ensure that project milestones stay on target. What You Bring 3 Years of PM Excellence : Proven success managing cross-functional, technical projects in construction. You have experience reading blueprints and have general knowledge about plumbing and mechanical systems in a building. Start-Up Environment: You are excited about being part of a small ever-changing environment Process-Driven : Solid experience in project management methods, timeline/resource planning, and operational processes.
