Key Responsibilities Deliver projects with a value range of £2 million to £4 million Act as the primary point of contact for client-facing stakeholder management Manage risks effectively when liaising with clients Aim for self-delivery using onsite teams, supplementing with subcontractors when necessary Supervise Project Engineers and Project Supervisors Manage time sheets for team members Operate across six sites in three locations: Shepherds Bush, White City, and Croydon Design asset replacement programs leveraging access to comprehensive asset data Build and manage a pipeline of work based on asset insights Conduct AHU upgrades Implement electrical infrastructure upgrades Refurbish sprinkler pumps Perform vacant unit strip-outs, returning to Cat A standard Execute general fabric works such as painting and decorating Oversee small-scale refurbishments and maintenance projects About You Demonstrable experience as an M&E Project Manager Experience of managing and delivering projects with a value of £2 million - £4 million Fundamental understanding of P&L with an enterprise mindset and ability to achieve double-digit profit Proven experience managing Health&Safety compliance for Capital Projects, including CDM Strong knowledge of typical project management delivery processes Skilled in estimating project costs and presenting high-quality tender documents to customers Proficient in software applications such as AUTOCAD, Intellect (accounts), and Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Project Experience managing, supporting, and coaching teams to deliver quality projects to stakeholders Proven ability to manage sub-contractors and suppliers effectively Demonstrated success as a team player Knowledgeable in project preliminaries and building accurate cost profiles for projects In-depth knowledge of Health&Safety statutory requirements The Company ISS is a world-leading workplace and facility management company, connecting people and places to make the world work better.
