Are you a seasoned Project Manager with experience in Delegated Authority programmes? We are currently working with a prestigious Lloyd’s Managing Agency to recruit an experienced Project Manager to lead a crucial Delegated Authority Programme . This is an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of the London insurance market, where you’ll play a key role in managing and improving processes that drive operational excellence and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a portfolio of projects within the Delegated Authority programme, ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget. Collaborate with internal teams, third-party service providers, and Lloyd’s syndicates to ensure alignment of project objectives. Oversee the full project lifecycle, from initiation through to post-implementation support. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, tracking milestones, risks, and dependencies. Identify and manage project risks, ensuring mitigation strategies are in place. Ensure compliance with relevant Lloyd’s market regulations and internal governance. Provide regular project updates to senior stakeholders, ensuring transparency and effective communication. Drive process improvements and implement best practices within the Delegated Authority space. Key Requirements: Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably within the Lloyd’s of London market or the broader insurance sector. Strong knowledge of Delegated Authority arrangements, including coverholder management, binder operations, and regulatory requirements. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Solid understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile, PMP). Ability to lead and motivate teams, balancing competing priorities while maintaining a focus on delivery. A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to drive change and improvements. Desirable: Experience with Delegated Authority platforms and systems. Lloyd's market qualifications (e.g., CII, ACII) or similar relevant certifications.
