Program Manager - Agile Delivery - e-Commerce - 6 Months Rate: £600-£650 p/d (Outside IR35) Location: Shepherd's Bush (2 Days Onsite) Reports to: Head of Delivery Leading e-commerce client now requires an experienced Senior Agile Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of complex software projects. In this role, you'll manage cross-functional Tribes, ensuring effective planning, progress tracking, and risk management. You'll play a key role in driving Agile practices across the teams and helping them achieve their goals. Key Responsibilities: Led delivery of large-scale, cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with organisational goals. Plan, manage, and communicate progress, while addressing risks, issues, and dependencies. Foster high-performing Agile teams, removing obstacles and creating an environment of collaboration and innovation. Partner with senior leadership and key stakeholders to align teams on vision, mission, and objectives.
