Reporting to the COO, you will be tasked with running the shopfloor and keeping energy levels high, production processes smoothly running&ensuring standards remain consistent. The COO has more of a strategic role and focusses more on projects, leaving you to run the day-to-day operations. What will you need? Solid leadership experience – with the ability to maintain high morale in a complex&frequently changing environment. Inspiring enthusiasm with your excellent communications skills. Production management – To lead an experienced production unit, you’ll need to be a production expert. Ideally within a process that is bespoke&made to order.
