Belman is a leading supplier of Design&Engineering services to the Automotive, Motorsport and High Precision Engineering sectors. As Manufacturing Production Controller, you will be responsible for the planning and control of all customer orders throughout the full manufacturing cycle including both internal and external production processes, to ensure the on-time delivery of customer orders. Principal Responsibilities: Planning of all new customer orders, working to pre-defined templates to plan achievable milestones within the production cycle. Ensuring the correct routing of all orders for both internal and external processes, held on Epicor ERP Software. Monitoring of production progress using Epicor ERP software, applying updates and changes where required Provide support for the RFQ process to highlight available capacity and likely timescales for delivery Working closely with department heads to advise on changes to the overall production plan and request updates on in-process customer orders. Leading the daily Production Schedule meeting with department heads via Microsoft Teams. Reporting to the Managing Director on the status of customer orders, available capacity and discussing potential upcoming customer projects. Essential Competencies: Previous Production Planning experience within a fast paced, precision manufacturing environment is essential. Experience using ERP Manufacturing Systems, Epicor would be an advantage but not essential.
