A fantastic opportunity for an outstanding Product Sales Specialist to join Infinigate UK&I has recently arisen. Responsible for driving the sales of an assigned highly-successful Vendor, this position will require the post holder to manage customer relationships, customer acquisition, and the delivery of vendor specific support to the Account Management Teams. You will be an excellent communicator with both technical and non-technical capabilities, able to effectively partner with internal and external stakeholders, with an overall aim to build meaningful business alliances. This is a full-time, hybrid position ideally based at our Woking office 3 days per week and 2 days working from home. Our Vendor office is also located near this location and this role will include elements of travel. Duties&Responsibilities • To manage, with the assistance of the Product Sales Manager, the relationship with an assigned vendor at all levels and conduct business reviews when required. • Assist sales team with quotes and orders and technical pre-sales questions on an ongoing basis. • Manage product solution opportunities with pre-sales specialists; meeting deadlines, making relevant recommendations of additional software and services. • Liaise with client pre-sales resource and work with pre-sales to ensure accuracy of configurations and solutions offered. • Manage communication in sales process and implementation of product solutions. • Building relationships with existing resellers to increase revenue and margin streams. • Grow revenues and margins for Infinigate through new reseller/MSP acquisition. • Accurate forecasting of revenue and gross profit streams using Infinigate CRM system. • Cross selling whole company product range where possible. • Stock management, where applicable. • Building and maintaining ‘sales tools’ and pricing details using Infinigate CRM system. • Working with Barracuda Resellers and Infinigate Sales and Marketing teams in order to deliver effective marketing and demand generation campaigns. • Responsible for loan, demo and part code management. • Manage backorder • Adhering to company policy and working to the Company Quality Management system at all times General Skills • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Accomplished multi-tasker • Ability to work under pressure • Maintain a professional and polite disposition at all times • Intermediate knowledge of MS office Personal requirements • Ability to work on own initiative • Motivated and enthusiastic • Adaptable learner and enjoys problem solving Benefits • £35,000 - £40,000 base salary plus £5,000 - £9,000 variable commission per annum • 25 days annual leave rising to 28 days with length of service plus bank holidays. • Day off on your birthday. • 2 paid volunteer days per year • Additional holiday purchase scheme • Life assurance of 4 x basic salary and group income protection from start date • 5% employer matched pension contributions after 3 months service. • Individual cover for private medical insurance and healthcare cash plan following successful completion of probationary period. • Hybrid working arrangements and standard office working hours are 9am – 5.30pm • Employee assistance programme for practical and emotional support. • Free parking and complimentary refreshments onsite.
