I am partnering with a global insurance company to recruit a Product Owner to support their Global Specialty International Portfolio as they begin an exciting growth phase. The Product Owner will play a pivotal role in shaping priorities for 1-2 agile teams, defining the strategic vision for digital products across areas such as underwriting, claims, operations, actuarial etc , and collaborating closely with business and technology leaders to deliver innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities Drive product execution for strategic priorities within the international business. Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to identify product opportunities and assess their business impact. Define and communicate the product strategy, ensuring alignment with broader business goals. Act as the voice of the customer to ensure solutions meet their needs effectively. Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in a product-focused role, with experience working in the Insurance industry a must (strong preference for Lloyds Market) Proven experience working in agile environments and familiarity with agile lifecycle management tools. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to make effective decisions in a fast-paced environment.
