Location: Remote Contract: 6 months Rate: £450–£600 per day (Outside IR35) Synchro is collaborating with one of the UK’s top software companies to recruit a Senior Product Designer on a 6-month initial contract. You will focus on UX tasks and optimizations for our clients web platforms. Collaborating across squads, you’ll deliver user-centered solutions aligned with business goals. The ideal candidate is a proactive UX designer skilled in refining user flows, content hierarchy, and usability, with less emphasis on UI polish (though that’s a bonus). Experience with content strategy or conversion-focused design is a plus. What we are looking for: Experience as a Product Designer, specializing in UX design and content hierarchy. Skilled in end-to-end design, from discovery and problem definition to solution delivery. Proficient in Figma and experienced in utilizing established design systems. Comfortable focusing on business-as-usual tasks, emphasizing practical, iterative improvements over conceptual big-picture thinking.
