About the role The Procurement and Commercial Team are looking to recruit a Procurement Assistant on a part-time basis to play a key role in delivering our service to the wider Council. The Procurement Assistant role is for a fixed term period of 15 months. You will be working as part of a friendly, professional and experienced team who are dedicated to making sure that the Council gets best value from our external spend. With a mixture of home and office working, Alconbury Weald will be your main work base. You will be working 20 hours per week – please note that the salary shown is for full-time (37 hours) and you will be paid pro-rata for 20 hours per week. It is essential that you have very good IT and analytical skills.
