This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic and collaborative firm, renowned for delivering exceptional client service and handling high-value, complex private client matters. Key Responsibilities: Advising clients on wills, trusts, and estate planning, with a focus on tax efficiency. Managing probate and estate administration, including high-net-worth estates. Preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney and dealing with Court of Protection applications. Working with a client base of high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, and families, often with international elements. Handling contentious and non-contentious private client matters with a proactive approach. Providing bespoke solutions to clients, considering their specific family and financial circumstances. Collaborating with other teams to provide holistic advice, particularly on real estate, tax, and corporate structures. Key Requirements: 2-4 years PQE in private client law, ideally from a reputable London or regional firm. Strong technical knowledge of wills, trusts, probate, and tax planning, with experience in high-net-worth matters. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships. A proactive, detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage a varied caseload efficiently. Confidence in working with clients from diverse backgrounds, including those with international elements.
