The Role The successful candidate will work within the Private Client team, advising clients on: Estate and succession planning, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney. Tax-efficient planning, including inheritance tax and capital gains tax advice. The administration of estates and trusts, ensuring compliance with legal and tax obligations. Tailored solutions for individuals, families, and trustees navigating intricate legal frameworks. This role provides an excellent opportunity to work on high-value, complex matters while delivering tailored advice to a distinguished client base. The Candidate The ideal candidate will: Be a qualified solicitor with 8 years post-qualification experience in private client matters. Have a portable client following. Demonstrate expertise in estate planning, trust administration, and tax-related issues.
