The Role As a Principal Consultant, you’ll be set on a clear path to progress, with goals in place from the start to help you advance to a Managing Consultant role—if that’s the direction you wish to pursue. In your role as a 360 Consultant, you will manage the entire recruitment cycle, including client relationship management, candidate sourcing, full-cycle recruitment, market analysis, and business development.
