IAM Principal Consultant £85k – £105k Base London / Manchester - Hybrid With a secured pipeline of landmark IAM transformation projects my client is looking to strengthen their team with the addition of a Principal Consultant who’s ready to embark on a career-defining move and take the lead on the biggest IAM projects of our time. As a senior leader, this role will sustain you professionally and mentally as you tackle cutting-edge engagements and stay at the forefront of IAM solutions. Role of the IAM Principal Consultant: As a natural problem solver, you’ll take the lead on complex IAM transformation projects across a range of industries finding innovative and creative ways to resolve them using your knowledge of technology and processes to manage IAM risk. Provide guidance and mentorship as you lead your junior consultants. Articulate the business benefits of your IAM solutions to non-tech stakeholders using jargon-free language. Some of the Requirements of the IAM Principal Consultant: Experience leading on IAM transformation projects Certificates such as CISSP and tool specific certs. Excellent communication – written and oral Knowledge of IAM domains such as Sailpoint / Cyberark / Entra / Okta etc A collaborator with the desire to lead a team at the forefront of digital identity transformation. Must be eligible for SC clearance and UK based. This will be a hybrid role split between home, site and office visits.
