Pricing Analyst £40,000 - £50,000 per annum Flexible working, 3 days in the office Phipps Cameron are delighted to partner with a fast-growing beauty business in their search for a pricing analyst. This is an exciting opportunity to join a newly established pricing function in a dynamic business. Key Responsibilities Data Analysis and Pricing Insights: Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and historical data to provide insights for optimal pricing strategies. Pricing Model Development: Develop and maintain pricing models and tools to support decision-making and ensure competitive and profitable pricing. Monitoring and Reporting: Track pricing performance and create reports to identify opportunities for improvement or adjustments. Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align pricing strategies with business goals and market needs. Profitability Analysis: Evaluate the financial impact of pricing decisions by analyzing profit margins, costs, and revenue forecasts. Compliance and Governance: Ensure pricing practices adhere to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and contractual agreements. About the candidate Experience working within a pricing function in a consumer product industry (beauty, retail, FMCG, etc.) Proven experience in data analysis, pricing strategies, or financial modeling using tools such as Excel, SQL, or Python Experience presenting findings and recommendations to cross-functional teams, including senior management Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data sets and provide actionable insights to optimize pricing strategies Hands-on experience with pricing or analytics software such as Tableau, Power BI, or SAP
