You will be working closely with the Head of Change&Change Team to support delivery of the transformation and alignment of our client’s portfolio of change to company strategy, regulatory/mandatory requirements and desired outco mes. Key Responsibilities will inc lude: Maintaining the portfolio prioritisation framework and work closely with Head of Change and business stakeholders to ensure the portfolio remains aligned to business priorities and can clearly articulate i mpactsWorking closely with the Change Leadership team to ensure the portfolio integrated roadmap and transition phases of the transformation has the correct and desired inputsNavigating the phases of transformation by setting up plans, aligning res ourcesEngaging the right subject matter experts and facilitating the core programme activities and setting up a robust PMO function to help in the delivery of change projects/transforma tions.
