Peripatetic Manager - Coventry, Salary: £50,158 per annum plus benefits Job Type: fulltime This Peripatetic Manager role is a Home based role, which will involve considerable travelling to various sites around the country, offering a flexible hybrid working arrangement. The role is a full time 12 month fixed term contract opportunity (37 hours a week). You will receive a competitive salary of £50,158 per annum. As a senior manager, to lead and supervise staff including giving Christian pastoral support and ensuring that pastoral needs are being met. The post holder must be a role model for Christian values and must understand and demonstrate the Christian ethos and values which are at the heart of the Langley Trust’s work. Identify challenges and gaps in performance and propose and implement actions plans to meet service needs. Meet set budgets and agreed levels of quality as defined within the Langley House Trust Business Plan, Quality Assurance Strategy, Key Performance Indicators and CQC Key Lines of Enquiry. Support new services or services needing additional support and assist in the induction, training and coaching of care staff.
