Pay&Rostering Specialist - Birmingham We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service to our on-board teams. This exciting opportunity is based within the Train Service Delivery Department at Multistory (Cannon House), Birmingham. You will join the Resources Team providing the highest standards of rostering, completing post-roster activities, preparing and processing daily pay information ready for submission. You will be responsible for checking daily logs, meeting deadlines, updating our systems: Crewplan and Integrale and participate in the safety audit ensuring you remain aware of developing trends. You should be enthusiastic, a good communicator with strong organisational skills, confident with IT and have an eye for detail. A knowledge of a Train Crew conditions and practices would be advantageous. Usual hours of duty are 0800 to 1600 with a lunch break, Monday to Friday working one weekend in 5 and additional Sunday. To be successful in this role you must clearly demonstrate on your application form the following skills and experience: Excellent customer service skills and teamwork skills A good knowledge and understanding of computer systems Excellent communication skills Ability to deal appropriately with difficult situations Ability to meet deadlines and prioritise workload Previous experience in a rostering environment (desirable) Understanding of passenger train operations (desirable) The salary for this role is over a 3 year cycle as below: Year 1- £27,193 Year 2- £29,305 Year 3- £31,856 To apply, please submit your CV by the close date of Tuesday 27th May 2025.
