Partnerships Administrator Job Type: Full-Time Salary: £25,000 – £28,000 per annum Location: London (Hybrid Working Available) Overview We are seeking a dedicated Partnerships Administrator to provide critical administrative support for a busy Strategic Partnerships team. This role facilitates seamless communication between internal teams and external partners while assisting with partnership-related activities, helping to advance our clients mission of accelerating a just and inclusive energy transition to net-zero. We are partnering with a not-for-profit chartered professional membership body committed to creating a better energy future. Bringing together expertise across disciplines, their work tackles urgent global challenges while advancing knowledge, skills, and good practice in the energy sector. What will you be responsible for? Order Processing: Process sales orders and invoices accurately and in a timely manner. Customer Support: Provide timely, professional responses to customer inquiries, ensuring effective solutions. Sales Coordination: Assist the sales team by scheduling meetings, preparing reports and contracts, and liaising with other departments. Documentation: Maintain accurate records, including sales data, contracts, and customer information. Administrative Tasks: Handle general administrative duties such as data entry, correspondence management, and filing. Event Support: Attend events as needed to support learning, networking, and client relationship management. What knowledge, experience, and qualifications will help you thrive in this role? Essential Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Strong organisational and multitasking skills. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Experience in sales administration or a similar role. Knowledge of sales performance metrics and KPIs. Excellent communication skills, including written, face-to-face, and phone interactions. Desirable Interest in the energy sector.
