I have a fantastic opportunity for a - to join a SME client in London (near Liverpool street) This is a standalone ro le and a brand-new HR position within the business, perfect for someone seeking a 2 days a week. The role involves supporting an independently owned organisation as they expand their HR function. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this person will work closely with the MD through a period of transition, providing consultative HR support. The company has around 100 full-time employees, and while HR has been managed internally until now, they’re ready to bring in an expert to focus on areas like training and development, employee benefits, employee engagement, and employee relations. This opportunity would suit a senior HR professional with experience in standalone roles; and ideally owner led Salary is maximum £65,000 full time equivalent.
