BettingJobs is working with an innovative online casino and bingo brand, who are searching for a Paid Social Manager to join their team in London . As the Paid Social Manager , you will be responsible for collaborating with global digital marketing managers to plan and execute successful marketing plans on paid social channels, as well as coordinating with digital marketing and creative teams to produce creative assets and copy. To be considered for this role, you must have 4 years of experience in paid social campaign management, with expertise in Meta, X platforms, and campaign optimisation. Responsibilities: Manage paid social channels for designated markets, including tasks like asset development, targeting setup, and reporting. Collaborate with global digital marketing managers to plan and execute successful marketing plans on Paid Social channels. Coordinate with digital marketing and creative teams to produce creative assets and copy. Analyse successful ads and initiate A/B testing across multiple markets and platforms. Measure campaign performance against CPA and CLV targets, considering both bottom-of-funnel acquisition and brand-related metrics. Drive complex strategies and mentor junior staff, while effectively communicating with non-digital stakeholders. Requirements: 4 years of experience in Paid Social campaign management, with expertise in Meta, X platforms, and campaign optimization. Proficiency in creative briefing, ad testing, bid management, and compliance within the iGaming industry. Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and making data-driven decisions, with experience using tools like Tableau and Appsflyer. Excellent communication and presentation abilities, capable of conveying complex concepts to diverse stakeholders. Familiarity with Paid Social platforms (Meta/X/Snap) and features, including Advantage, and collaboration with in-house creative teams. Organizational proficiency to manage multiple projects, familiarity with Microsoft products for reporting, and ability to adapt to cultural and regulatory differences in multinational settings.
