Do you have PA experience and love InDesign and/or Photoshop? We have a wonderful opportunity for a small commercial real estate company close to Piccadilly in London who are looking for a great all rounder to join their team. The role is 60% PA&Team Assistant and 40% marketing using your creative skills. You do need experience of Adobe Suite for this role including InDesign and Photoshop. The role has a mixture of duties including assisting the Partners with diary, arranging meetings, drafting letters, dictation, invoicing and editing documents. Plus, all the social media, editing photos and formatting documents using InDesign&Photoshop. The hours are 9 to 5.30 and this is an office-based role, maybe being able to work from home on occasional Fridays. This role is paying £35,000 - £40,000 dependent on experience.
