Operations Manager (Roofing) £90,000 Package Roofing, Landscaping and Waterproofing City of London Role: Regen Solutions is currently working with a Contractor who are looking to take on an Operations Manager to head up their Roofing and Waterproofing division. This role will be part of their ever growing Senior Management team and we are looking for people with good communicators with sound technical knowledge. Due to their significant pipeline, security is a big selling point, as there is opportunity to progress their career. Experience: Managing multiple work streams including roofing, landscaping and waterproofing Experience with sub-contracting to large Tier 1s such as Mace and Skanska Experience in completing construction phase plans Client contract delivery, in, customer relationships and management of relevant teams Experience managing P&L, cash flow and costs Creating a work safe culture Able to manage others to deliver multiple projects at the same time Good communicator and have experience dealing with clients and subcontractors Must have good IT skills and be able to use word and outlook Able to produce construction programmes (MS Projects ideally) A flexible, "can do" attitude and want to work as part of a team Able to produce and deliver progress reports Must be able to manage the H&S, quality and programme performance on their projects via their management team Key role within a growing division of an already highly exciting business.
