The ideal candidate will have strong experience of event operations, confidence in leading but also working as part of a team, and taking ownership on delivery of creative features. This role reports directly into the Operations Director and your responsibilities will include: The end-to-end delivery of conferences&trade shows worldwide. As part of a team of 4, the role involves managing event budgets, supplier sourcing and relationships, event production, technical information communication, health and safety, virtual event support, cash flow management, post-show evaluation, and worldwide travel. To be innovative, professional, attend training, collaborate with other teams, and accurately communicate with stakeholders. The person Experience (4-5 years minimum) in international B2B conferences Detailed knowledge of small to large scale operations and Health&Safety best practice. Strong negotiating and contract management skills. Project Management; ability to oversee/manage multiple products. Sound commercial awareness management of budgets for events and keeping within the budget set.
