Operations Executive - Mission-Driven Challenger Brand Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum Benefits Location: Central London (Office-based, 5 days per week) Our client, one of the most disruptive and fastest-growing brands in the UK market, is seeking a talented individual to join their Operations team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute as they expand their product range, enter new markets, and form new retailer partnerships. Primary Responsibilities: As an Operations Executive with our client, you will play a key role in supporting various growth projects across their end-to-end supply chain operations. This position offers an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and detail-oriented professional to gain hands-on experience in a wide range of supply chain activities. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the effective and timely delivery of customer orders, collaborating with the Planning team to optimize stock and production order policies, and working with the Customer Ops team to enhance logistics and customer service performance. Additionally, you will contribute to building value chain improvements across their global delivery base, help develop risk management strategies, and support major projects such as their ERP transition. You will also analyse and present findings to senior management on business growth opportunities, develop reporting structures, and assist with other ad-hoc tasks as needed. As the company grows, there will be opportunities for you to take on new responsibilities and explore areas such as Procurement, Planning, Logistics, or Analytics, allowing you to advance your career in the direction that best aligns with your interests and strengths. Position Requirements: Relevant Experience : Experience in Operations/Supply Chain within an FMCG environment, with a strong understanding of end-to-end processes and the ability to optimize performance across various functions. Proficiency in Excel : Highly proficient in Excel, capable of analyzing and manipulating data to drive decision-making and improve operational efficiency. Growth Mindset : Genuine interest in growing with the team and the business, demonstrating a proactive approach to learning and taking on new responsibilities as the company scales. Flexible and Practical : A flexible, common-sense approach to problem-solving, with the ability to adapt to changing demands and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
