Key Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day operational management of the firm, ensuring efficiency across all departments. Work closely with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic business plans. Drive and manage exciting growth initiatives, ensuring alignment with the firm’s objectives. Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control. Manage and develop internal processes to improve workflow and client service delivery. Lead and motivate a multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. Oversee wider functions, including recruitment, staff development, and performance management. Ideal candidate; Proven experience in an operational or practice management role within a Law firm Strong strategic thinking and planning skills. Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
