Operating Model / Organisational Design / Workforce Design - Management Consulting Alexander Ash are working with a boutique consultancy who are experiencing a period of significant growth across their Operating Model / Organisational Design / Workforce Transformation practice. They are looking for professionals at Senior Consultant / Manager / Principal levels to help clients (across sectors) leverage their operating model and organisational strategy as a foundation for ongoing transformation. The role also involves bringing a workforce perspective to organisational design, processes, and ways of working. As a Workforce Transformation Specialist , you will: Lead and deliver strategic workforce transformation initiatives for a diverse portfolio of clients. Design and implement operating models that align workforce capabilities with business objectives. Identify and execute cost-saving opportunities while enhancing workforce effectiveness. Collaborate with clients to assess their current workforce structures, identify challenges, and develop innovative solutions. Provide expert guidance on organisational design, workforce planning, and change management. Contribute to business development efforts, including proposal writing and client relationship management. Requirements needed - A strong background in management consulting (big 4 or similar), with a focus on workforce transformation, operating model design, organisational design and cost optimisation. Proven experience leading complex projects from concept to implementation. Expertise in organisational design, workforce planning principles. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. A collaborative and adaptable approach, ability to work well within a small, and flatter structure consulting environment.
