Office Administrator - Supply Chain Team This is an exciting opportunity to join our Supply Chain team as an Office Administrator, supporting the Director of Supply Chain in a fast-paced role. Your Key Responsibilities: Coordinate the Director's schedule and meetings Manage office administration and travel arrangements Maintain accurate records and reports Prepare presentations and documents for senior stakeholders Assist with administrative tasks and projects as required Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise well Intermediate Excel and Power Point skills Ability to work to tight deadlines and to deliver accurate results A team player who is adaptable and keen to learn
