As NPD Manager here, you’ll be developing innovative, culinary led own-label product ranges. You’ll be joining a progressive food business with growing ranges in the major retailers. Due to their success, they are expanding the NPD team with this role. You’ll be leading NPD projects from concept to launch, co-ordinating with retail customers and global manufacturing sites. You’ll manage customer briefs and the critical path liaising with internal and external stakeholders. It’s UK based with international travel. After settling into the role, there is hybrid working available with three days expected in the office. You’ll be joining a talented and ambitious team, working with a supportive manager. You’ll have autonomy to lead your own projects, travel to some exciting destinations and see your concepts launch in the leading retailers. Key requirements for the role – You’ll need experience developing innovative savoury food products for major retail customers. Confidence in managing customer relationships and taking ownership of the product launch process. This is a permanent role working Mon-Fri days that requires flexibility to travel as required and a driving licence.
