E-Commerce National Account Manager - Global Luxury Brand Company – London A fantastic opportunity has come up to join a global luxury brand manufacturer. The role is for an E-Commerce National Account Manager to work within one of their most profitable channels in the business and managing one of their largest accounts. Client: My client is one of the largest manufacturers of Health, Hair and Beauty products across the globe. This is working with a number of extremely well-known brands recognisable through TV and radio. Role: Plan, develop, agree and implement annual Joint Business Plan with the ecommerce customers Develop relationships with key ecommerce customers and unlock opportunities to present brand and secure listings Conduct regular business reviews and provide insights to enhance product placement and visibility Manage monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities Drive sales growth through effective negotiation, promotion planning and assortment optimization Candidate: Must have experience managing Amazon Minimum of 2 years national account experience Strong selling and negotiation skills Background in developing relationships internally and externally Planning, monitoring and analytical skills Experience going through/negotiating a joint business planning cycle Communicate effectively and delivers impactful presentations Knowledge of the digital arena and how to grow e-commerce customers Proficient Excel, numeracy and analytical skills with strong attention to detail Package: Basic salary up to £60,000 Bonus 10% Car allowance £5,600 2/3 days a week in their office in West London, 2/3 days a week working from home Private Healthcare Home office set up Excellent pension 25 days holiday bank holidays Product discounts
