About the Role We are seeking a National Accounts Manager – UK&Ireland to join our team. This London-based role requires at least three days per week in office, with regular travel to Retailer Head Offices and Department Stores. One day per week may be worked from home. This role is responsible for creating key strategic partnerships with specified retail partners, driving sales and market share gains while ensuring brand equity is maintained. Purpose of the Role To establish and manage mutually beneficial commercial relationships with retail partners, driving retail sales, sell-in/turnover, and market share gains. Collaborate cross-functionally to forecast sales, implement strategic retailer plans, and maximize business potential while protecting brand equity. Key Responsibilities Develop retailer&customer-centric strategies, identifying joint objectives and opportunities to drive growth. Own responsibility for forecasting monthly sell-in by product and retailer, identifying risks and opportunities. Build strong relationships with retailers and internal teams to align strategic plans and maximize sales potential. Work closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Retail teams to ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives. Analyze competition and market trends, making data-driven recommendations for business opportunities. Lead bi-annual retailer strategy meetings and ensure impactful sales presentations tailored to key retail partners. Manage stock levels, promotional planning, and new product distribution in collaboration with merchandising teams. Conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reviews, providing insights and action plans to optimise sales performance. Oversee Wholesale and Retail Price implementation, ensuring timely communication of price adjustments. Support the Merchandising Assistant in collating retail data, tracking sales, and ensuring smooth product launches. Skills/Experiences Desired Strong experience in National Accounts or Wholesale Management within the luxury, beauty, or fragrance sector. Proven track record of driving sales growth through strategic partnerships with retail partners. Excellent negotiation and influencing skills with strong commercial acumen. Ability to analyze data and trends to make informed business recommendations. Strong administrative and organizational skills, with proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems. Ability to travel regularly and work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Why the House of Creed?
