Your new company A leading manufacturing company within the defence sector is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join their team. Your new role Support the manufacturing asset and equipment schedule to ensure optimal performance through quality maintenance activities. Transition from reactive to planned preventative maintenance. Maintain and repair CNC equipment and tooling. Diagnose and repair PLCs, Inverters, and Drives. Adhere to Agility Maintenance plans. Analyse failures to create preventative maintenance regimes. Record accurate feedback on tasks and safety concerns. Provide leadership and technical guidance during breakdowns. Support maintenance strategy development and report defects. What you'll need to succeed 18th edition wiring qualification&a HNC qualification or equivalent, preferably electrical bias. Experience in a modern lean manufacturing environment. Knowledge of PLCs, Inverters, and Drives. Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills. Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
