The Role: As Multi-Track Personal Injury Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of complex and high-value personal injury claims, managing a skilled team to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients. Key responsibilities include: Supervising and mentoring a dedicated team of personal injury solicitors and paralegals. Handling your own caseload of multi-track files, including catastrophic injury and complex liability cases. Driving efficiency, innovation, and results within the team, ensuring KPIs and SLAs are met. Building strong relationships with clients, medical professionals, and external counsel. Actively contributing to business development and maintaining the firm’s outstanding reputation. About You: To excel in this role, you will need: A minimum of 5 years' experience in handling multi-track personal injury claims. Proven leadership skills, with experience managing a team in a legal setting. Strong technical knowledge of personal injury law, including CPR, liability, and quantum assessment.
