Modelling and Data Analytics Manager Location: Central London (Hybrid) Salary : £100-£110k This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business. The main purpose of the role is to partner with the FP&A Business Partners to understand requirements and work with the Technology teams to automate processes, working towards the target state solution for sourcing, storing, aggregating, and modelling data for FP&A. Brief of the Role: Lead the development of automated solutions to meet financial planning and analysis requirements, globally across the firm, for management reporting and external disclosures. Covering analytical requirements, booking models, source systems and data flows, to work towards the systematic sourcing of the required data set. Own a subset of the firm-wide financial dataset and forecasting model, for business management, forecast financials and external disclosures, to meet the standards of a listed environment. Drive significant process improvements, sourcing and analysing data to meet internal management and business needs and external disclosures. Provide key financial metrics to investors and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Skills and Experience Strong experience in data analytics and modelling in proximity to financial datasets (e.g. general ledger, Datawarehouse) Demonstrated ability to work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver impactful solutions. Exceptional financial analytic and problem-solving skills Experience working in a regulated environment and knowledge of the risk and compliance requirements associated with this Proficiency in SQL, with the ability to design and implement complex queries Familiarity with the following tool is advantageous: Power BI, including DAX Databricks Please reach out to Sophie Allison for more information sophie.allisonphippscameron.com
