<h2>Mill Operative - Walsingham</h2>\\n<div>\\nJob Title:Mill Operative\\nLocation:Walsingham, Norfolk, UK\\nContract and Shift details:Permanent 3 week rotating over a 7-day 24hr shift pattern\\n<ul>\\n<li>Week 1 – Monday – Thursday 6pm-6am nights</li>\\n<li>Week 2 – Monday – Wednesday 6am – 6pm Days and Friday - Sunday 6pm - 6am nights.</li>\\n<li>Week 3 – Thursday - Sunday 6am - 6pm Days days</li>\\n<li>Week 4 - Rest week</li>\\n</ul>\\nHave you got experience of working in a production, feed mill or agricultural/farming environment and looking for an opportunity to join a small team as part of a bigger well-established business? If so, join us now\\nAs a Mill Operative you will be part ofa shift team of 6working across our control rooms and 5 press production lines making high quality animal feed. You will be in the Mill at your designated area and will have overall responsibility for the running of the press lines as well as cleaning of the station.\\nOther responsibilities include:\\n<ul>\\n<li>Ensuring quality and feed safety is a priority during production</li>\\n<li>Completion of daily production plan following KPI’s/targets</li>\\n<li>General Mill cleaning – hovering, mopping and general hygiene</li>\\n<li>Providing accurate information to wider teams on raw material and stock to ensure deliveries and ordering are planned effectively including supporting with stock takes</li>\\n<li>Support maintenance teams to communicate any issues and basic maintenance duties</li>\\n<li>Wider support for overall mill success supporting with projects or ad hoc work as part of the wider Mill team</li>\\n</ul>\\nThis is a great opportunity for someone who likes a varied role where you can get your hands dirty and be part of a small friendly team where everyone can get stuck in to get the job done.
