A global advisory firm is seeking experienced professionals to join a team dedicated to delivering business transformation using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. The role involves leveraging deep industry insights and technical expertise to drive client outcomes across various sectors. Responsibilities: Work with clients to optimise operations, integrate processes, and support business strategies using MSD365 CRM. Deliver Front Office transformation projects, including strategic assessments and CRM implementations. Provide functional advice across industries such as life sciences, financial services, industrial products, and consumer business. Utilise MSD365 CRM, Power Apps, Power Automate, and other emerging technologies to deliver tailored solutions. Manage client relationships and act as a trusted advisor to support strategic objectives. Lead cross-functional teams in executing large-scale transformation programs. Mentor colleagues and contribute to the development of consulting capabilities. Requirements: 7 years of experience with MSD365 CRM, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. Expertise in MSD365 CRM core clouds (Sales, Service, Field Service) and familiarity with Industry Clouds (Financial Services, Health, Retail). Demonstrated project management experience in leading complex, large-scale programs. Strong ability to communicate the business value of MSD365 CRM and emerging technologies to diverse audiences. Flexibility to travel for project-related engagements.
