Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive IT and technology due diligence for a range of clients, providing insights into their technology operations, infrastructure, and digital strategy. Assess technical risk, scalability, and growth potential to inform investment decisions. Analyse enterprise architecture, software development processes, IT operations, and cybersecurity readiness. Work closely with senior stakeholders to present findings and offer data-driven, strategic recommendations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in finance, business operations, and technology. What You’ll Bring: 3 years of experience in IT due diligence, technology consulting, or technical assessments.
