Elite have partnered with an iconic fashion brand to support on the hire of a Merchandiser to join the team. Role Overview: As a Merchandiser , you will develop and implement strategies to drive sales and improve product visibility across e-commerce, physical stores, wholesale, and marketplaces. You will collaborate with buying, marketing, design, and retail teams to ensure cohesive merchandising across all touchpoints. Key Responsibilities: Merchandising Strategy : Develop and execute strategies for product assortment, pricing, and promotions across online, in-store, and wholesale channels. Sales Analysis : Analyse sales data to forecast trends, optimise product availability, and improve sell-through rates. Inventory Management : Monitor stock levels, manage product distribution, and ensure timely replenishment across channels. Collaboration : Work with design, buying, and marketing teams to align product offerings with consumer trends. Channel Optimisation : Tailor merchandising strategies for each platform (e.g., e-commerce product pages, in-store displays) to enhance customer experience and drive sales. Required Skills&Experience: 3-5 years’ experience in merchandising, ideally in fashion or multi-channel retail. Strong analytical and strategic thinking with a creative flair. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Proficient in merchandising software and tools (Excel, retail analytics, e-commerce platforms). Strong understanding of fashion trends and consumer behavior.
