Role: Mechanical Project Manager Location: London Employment Type: Permanent/Full Time Salary: £65,000-£75,000 DOE Our client is a trusted partner in the MEP design and build sectors with experience in delivering projects across Industrial, Logistics, Data Centres, Healthcare, and High-End Residential. What You’ll Be Doing As a Mechanical Project Manager, you’ll take charge of delivering exciting, large-scale projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Here’s how you’ll make an impact: Attending project start-up meetings and managing all mechanical aspects from start to finish. Familiarising yourself with every detail and specification of the project to ensure smooth execution. Preparing and following up on technical submittals until they’re fully approved. Managing labour trackers and providing accurate weekly progress reports. Liaising with main contractors and client site teams to maintain clear communication and collaboration. Overseeing the coordination and delivery of project plant, equipment, and materials. Ensuring construction and commissioning programmes are in place and executed effectively. Managing the project handover process and maintaining the Document Management System. Scheduling project-specific tasks and attending subcontractor meetings to ensure on-time delivery. Participating in general site meetings, addressing any points raised, and keeping the project moving forward. Sharing innovative project-specific ideas with the Contracts Manager to support R&D initiatives. What You’ll Bring We’re looking for someone who thrives on delivering complex projects with confidence and skill. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed: Extensive experience as a Mechanical Project Manager or in a similar role. A proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects. A qualification in Construction or Project Management (preferred). Experience supervising teams and ensuring high performance on-site. Excellent communication and organisational skills to keep everything running smoothly.
