What We’re Looking For We’re looking for a Marketing Manager who thrives in a hands-on role and embraces a growth mindset . You’ll play a key part in building Deltabase brand presence and reach and executing our Brand&marketing strategy, driving engagement, and ensuring a consistent, compelling brand presence across different channels. You should be ready to: Develop and execute brand&marketing strategy independently with high accountability Drive brand awareness and client acquisition Plan and deliver marketing campaigns for new product launches. Build engagement through consistent branding across the website, platform, sales materials, and social media. Support Sales and Product teams designing marketing collateral across all clinet touchpoints. Where You’ll Fit In Reporting to the C-suite, as Marketing Manager, you will be pivotal in amplifying Deltabase's presence and driving growth. Working closely with leadership, product teams, and sales, you’ll create and execute a strategy that positions us as a market leader. Your role will include: Copy writing of all media content Developing and leading the marketing strategy to support business growth. Creating an engagement plan that drives awareness among target audiences. Building product launch campaigns to drive sales and engagement Ensuring a consistent brand and tone of voice across all touchpoints, including the website, platform, sales materials, and social media. Driving lead generation through targeted multi-channel campaigns, tracking effectiveness, and optimizing for performance. Managing content strategy, creating compelling asset s such as blog posts, case studies, white papers, and customer success stories. Supporting sales and product teams to ensure brand and messaging continuity to drive client acquisition. About You You are: Hands-on and ready to roll up your sleeves to make things happen. Experienced in marketing (5 years in B2B, SaaS, or AI product marketing preferred). A strategic thinker who can develop plans while executing them effectively. Skilled in digital marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, SEO tools). Creative, with strong attention to detail and the ability to craft engaging content. Passionate about AI and startup growth Comfortable using analytics to track, measure, and optimize marketing performance. Curious and innovative , always seeking opportunities to improve and grow. You have key skills including: Design experience in creating marketing collateral (presentations and brochure) Copy writing skills B2B experience ideally with SAAS and AI products Experience w/ Wordpress, Canva, Google Analytics, SEO Tools, LinkedIn Marketing&engagement experience in using Generative AI for content creation Experience in using Mid-Journey or other Ai platfrom for image creation Experience with social media listening tools Experience with marketing automation platforms ( Buffer, Hootsuite) What You’ll Get Salary: £50,000 subject to experience.
