Our client, a prestigious luxury real estate developer, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead their marketing efforts, bolster brand presence, and drive growth across a portfolio of high-end properties. While experience in real estate is desirable, candidates with a background in the broader built environment or luxury hospitality sectors are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Brand Guardianship : Act as the brand steward, ensuring all marketing activities and communications reflect and enhance the brand’s exclusive positioning within the luxury real estate sector. Marketing Strategy : Develop and implement a proactive and comprehensive marketing strategy that supports business objectives, expands brand presence, and enhances customer engagement. Content Creation&Campaign Management : Oversee content creation, ensuring consistent, high-quality output that aligns with brand standards. Craft and execute targeted marketing campaigns, both online and offline, to generate leads and build brand loyalty. Stakeholder Management : Build and maintain excellent working relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, agencies, and external partners. Act as a key point of contact for marketing-related inquiries and collaborations. Market Analysis&Reporting : Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends, identify competitor positioning, and pinpoint areas for differentiation. Report on campaign performance and KPIs, providing insights and recommendations to senior management. Digital&Social Media Management : Oversee the brand’s digital presence, including website management, social media strategy, and digital campaigns to enhance visibility and audience engagement.
