Job Title: Marketing Assistant/Specialist (3-month contract) Estimated Start Date: ASAP Duration: 3-month contract Pay Rate: £131.26 - £218.96 per day (PAYE) About the Role: My client is seeking a Marketing Assistant/Specialist to join their global eCommerce dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting the day-to-day operations of their global Sponsorships program, ensuring projects are on track and delivered to the highest standards. This position as a Marketing Assistant/Specialist offers an exciting opportunity to work within a fast-paced environment, collaborating with multiple teams across various regions. If you have strong campaign management experience, an eye for detail, and excellent stakeholder management skills, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: Oversee program trackers, workback calendars, timeline management, and status reviews to ensure milestones are met. Continuously improve processes and automate workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce errors. Simplify the use of system tooling to streamline campaign planning, collaboration, resource tracking, and creative reviews. Proactively identify and mitigate issues while ensuring timely updates on progress, delays, and budget implications are communicated to stakeholders. Author playbooks for campaigns that can be scaled across global markets, ensuring they are adaptable to both mature and emerging regions. Lead post-mortem sessions and foster a culture of continuous improvement through collaborative feedback. Ideal Candidate: Strong experience in managing campaigns, particularly in advertising and sponsorships. Ability to work with multiple stakeholders to ensure successful project execution. Highly detail-oriented with a proactive approach to troubleshooting. Skilled in managing complex processes and systems with a focus on continuous improvement. Previous commercial experience with a strong understanding of project management methodologies. Top 3 Must-Have Skills: Campaign Management (Trackers) - Advanced Detail-Oriented Approach - Advanced Stakeholder Management - Intermediate Desirable Experience: Experience working in advertising or similar sectors. Ability to work across multiple teams and manage complex campaigns. A track record of successfully driving process improvements and automation. Why This Role?
