Job Description

Market Access Manager As a Market Access Manager , you will play a pivotal role in the development and execution of market access strategies to ensure the successful reimbursement and adoption of new and existing products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Pricing, Health Economics&Outcomes Research (HEOR), Regulatory Affairs, and Commercial, to navigate the complex healthcare landscape, with a focus on maximizing the product's commercial success in the market. Key Responsibilities : Develop and Execute Market Access Strategies : Lead the development and implementation of market access strategies for the assigned therapeutic areas, ensuring alignment with overall product strategy and business objectives. Payer and Stakeholder Engagement : Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including payers, health authorities, and healthcare professionals, to facilitate successful market access and reimbursement. Pricing Strategy and Reimbursement : Collaborate with internal teams to define and optimize product pricing strategies, ensuring reimbursement across key payer channels and health systems. Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) : Work with the HEOR team to gather and present value evidence that supports the product’s value proposition, including cost-effectiveness models and real-world evidence (RWE). Market Intelligence : Continuously monitor and assess changes in healthcare policy, pricing regulations, and reimbursement frameworks to identify opportunities and potential challenges. Regulatory Affairs Coordination : Ensure market access strategies are compliant with relevant regulatory and reimbursement guidelines. Support the preparation of pricing and reimbursement dossiers for submission to regulatory authorities. Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Clinical, etc.) to ensure effective communication and alignment of market access activities and deliverables. Key Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Health Economics, or a related field 3 years of experience in market access, pricing and reimbursement, or health economics in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry. Strong understanding of payers , healthcare systems , and reimbursement processes Proven experience in developing and implementing market access strategies and pricing models for pharmaceutical products. Familiarity with health technology assessments (HTA) and pricing dossiers . Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.
