Manager / Senior Manager – Pharma&Life Sciences Consultancy Blackfield Associates is supporting a client, a growing consultancy in the pharma and life sciences sector, in their search for an experienced Manager or Senior Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in health technology appraisal (HTA) or health economics and outcomes research (HEOR) to join a dynamic and innovative team focused on advancing patient access. About the Role : As a key member of the team, you will manage a diverse portfolio of clients and projects, providing strategic guidance on market access and commercialization within the UK healthcare landscape. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of health innovation, working with industry leaders to bring groundbreaking products to market. Key Responsibilities : Deliver strategic advice to clients on market access, policy analysis, and HTA. Manage client accounts, oversee project delivery, and handle day-to-day activities. Engage with clients directly on healthcare trends and changes in market access. Support and mentor junior colleagues, contributing to their development. Identify and drive business development opportunities within the life sciences sector. Contribute to the consultancy’s thought leadership by creating content and attending industry events. What We Are Looking For : 4-7 years’ experience in a relevant field, such as HTA, HEOR, medicines commercialisation, or healthcare procurement. Strong knowledge of the UK healthcare landscape and a passion for health innovation. Proven experience in a consultancy or similar environment, with project management skills. Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and analytical abilities. A collaborative approach, with the ability to thrive in a small, close-knit team.
